Join us for our Spring Sparkling Wine and Cheese Pairing Class, hosted by James Beard Award-winning cheese educator Janet Fletcher and Mumm Napa winemaker Tami Lotz. This class will feature seven cheeses and four sparkling wines (2 oz pours).
Fletcher, publisher of the Planet Cheese blog and author of three books on cheese, will be your guide as you learn to evaluate cheese like a pro and pair it with fine sparkling wine.
All guests in your party must be 21 or older. We are unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 21, including infants and children. Thank you for your understanding.
