For the May Feast it Friday, it's all about coffee! In case you didn't know, Mr. Espresso is the first and only roaster in the United States to roast coffee beans over a fire fueled exclusively by wood. This extensive, slow roasting process produces a coffee lower in acidity and richer and smoother in body, which is why we use Mr. Espresso's beans at Velo Vino!
Our favorite coffee experts will be at Velo Vino to talk about all things Coffee on Friday, May 6th from 11:30-1:30 pm. Of course, we'll be pouring splashes of our Clif Family Wines to accompany some delicious samples of coffee goodness from Chef John. Mangia!
