Join Napa Valley Chef and award-winning olive oil producer, Marvin Martin, for a grilling class and lunch. The class begins at 11 a.m. and lunch will be served at 1 p.m. Get the inside scoop on the best grilling techniques for some notoriously tricky meats to grill, like fish and chicken. Each dish is Asian-inspired with a distinctly California spin. Your class, and delicious meal, will include Orange-Miso Glazed Salmon, White Miso-Brined Chicken and Mae Ploy Prawns, paired with our Napa Valley Estate wines. Space is limited to 25 guests.
