Gather inside our Cambium Room at a table set for a coastal Italian-inspired menu. Expect fresh seafood, bright crudo, and classic dishes like spaghetti with clams.

Each course is paired with a Chardonnay from some of Napa Valley’s most respected vineyards, including Hyde Vineyard, Hudson Vineyard, and a few of our other favorites. Together, they show just how layered and versatile Chardonnay can be at the table.
