Enjoy wine and food pairings prepared entirely on the Big Green Egg kamado grill by our Estate Chef Vince Sanchez. Guests will learn how to pair wine with food in a 3-hour, immersive experience. This collaborative lunch demonstrates the ease and versatility of the Big Green EGG complete outdoor cooking system. Each themed lunch focuses on how to use a wide range of cooking options, from High-Temp Grilling, Low & Slow Smoker to Outdoor Oven, while the St. Supéry team will discuss how to pair wines with seasonal produce and fruit as well as a variety of meat and fish depending on the lunch theme.
