Step into the vineyard and experience PEJU from the ground up.
This intimate, hands-on event invites a small group to join our vineyard and winemaking team during one of the most important moments of the growing season. Begin with a guided winter pruning demonstration in the vineyard, then transition to the winery for a seated brunch and conversation with Sara, our winemaker. Designed to be participatory, educational, and deeply personal, this experience offers a rare opportunity to connect the work in the vines directly to what ends up in the glass.
Please note: This event is designed for guests 21+ only. Closed toes shoes are required (please note that this experience takes place in the vineyard, where ground surfaces may be uneven or muddy), waivers must be signed, and the event is weather dependent. In the case of rain or unsafe vineyard conditions, the event will be canceled and cannot be rescheduled.
