The focus for this session will be a pre-release tasting from the 2018 vintage of four of our Davies Vineyards vineyard-designated Pinot Noirs, including our 2018 Ferrington Vineyards Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley, 2018 Nobles Vineyard Pinot Noir, Fort Ross-Seaview, Sonoma, 2018 Three Amigos Vineyard Pinot Noir, Napa Valley Carneros and 2018 Perry Ranch Vineyard, Russian River Valley.
As a second-generation Master Cooper, Quinn works closely with winemakers to develop their own barrel profiles. In the cooperage, he and his team of craftsmen build, toast and finish every barrel by hand.
Quinn Roberts is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality in every step of barrel production, and works closely with stave makers in France and the United States to ensure a consistent supply of the finest oak from the forests of France and America for Tonnellerie Ô.
He works exclusively with family-owned stave makers who have sourced oak from these forests for generations.
