Learn new techniques and discover unique ingredients that classically trained pastry chef Jennifer Smith uses to make her highly sought-after baked goods. Create an array of traditional holiday cookies including a few recipes from the Victorian era and take home your own cookie tin filled with delicious baked goods and recipe cards signed by Chef Jennifer. $110 per person
