Join a fun-filled afternoon at the Ackerman Heritage House learning how to make a traditional buttery pie crust with seasonal fillings. Join Chef Jennifer Smith, a classically trained pastry chef formerly with the French Laundry, in our gourmet kitchen to discover the art of pie making. This class demonstrates the best ingredients to make perfect seasonal fruit and custard pies. Learn how to professionally roll out a pie crust and create decorative borders that makes each pie so personal. Guests take home their two pies with recipe cards signed by Chef Jennifer. $110 per person
