Please join Parry Cellars, pouring their new vintage, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon, along with other St. Helena Appellation wineries in the historic barrel room at the Culinary Institute of America.
The event will consist of tasting stations with the wines from approximately thirty ASH wineries each paired with savory bites from a variety of St. Helena restaurants, caterers as well as ‘Rising Star’ students selected by the teaching staff of the CIA.
Attendees will enjoy an evening exploring the art of food and wine pairing and will be asked to vote for their favorite pairing in the professional and student categories.
Proceeds from the evening go to Appellation St. Helena and the scholarship fund of the Culinary Institute of America.
