12/19/2024 - Saint Helena, CA - Napa Valley, one of the top travel destinations in the United States, is now offering all California residents the chance to visit its renowned wineries at exclusive rates. Napa Valley Vintners is excited to announce that its popular Napa Neighbor program will expand to all California residents throughout the month of January 2025.
The California edition of the Napa Neighbor program encourages residents across the state to explore the region from January 1 to January 31, 2025. Nearly 75 wineries in Napa Valley are offering special benefits, including complimentary, upgraded and two-for-one tastings, preferred pricing on wines and other unique experiences.
“What better way to kick off the New Year than to invite people from across California to experience the best of what our region has to offer with a two-for-one tasting paired with seasonal bites from our organic family farm,” said Linzi Gay, President of Clif Family Winery & Farm.
The winery's offer is available seven days a week and is among the most popular type of offering with more than 30 other wineries providing similar such two-for-one tastings. More than 20 wineries are offering complimentary tastings; among those is Ghost Block.
"We want our fellow Californians to come out and experience our region. As fifth-generation vintners, we hope to share not just our wines, but also the connection to the land and community that has inspired our family for 122 years. This is a special opportunity to say thank you to our neighbors and invite you to be part of our journey," said Morgaen Hoxsey Pickett, family member and sales and marketing director of Ghost Block.
Napa Valley attracts travelers seeking both natural beauty and cultural experiences. In addition to its renowned wine culture, Napa Valley boasts a wide range of outdoor experiences, indulgent spa treatments and farm-to-table dining. Just an hour’s drive from San Francisco, Napa Valley is a perfect travel destination for a quick and scenic getaway.
This program, traditionally reserved for Napa County residents, is available for the first time ever to any Californian aged 21 and over for the month of January. To take advantage, California residents can simply make an advance reservation at participating wineries and show their ID upon arrival.
