Nichelini Family Winery has been selected by Calistoga’s James Beard Foundation Award-winning pastry chef, Nicole Plue, to offer for the first time ever, one of her newly launched Sideshow Company’s small batch, hand-crafted dessert products directly to the public in a winery setting. Nichelini’s red dessert wine, Porchlight, will be paired with Sideshow’s unique Saltine Toffee. Ms. Plue will be present in person to talk about the pairing and other pastry adventures.
