You can take an Uber or Lyft from the airport for about 100 USD. As we get closer to the program date, we'll share everyone's contact information in case you'd like to coordinate with other attendees to share the cost of ground transportation. Writers attending the Napa Valley Vintners Boot Camp will stay overnight at Andaz in downtown Napa. Upon check out on Sunday morning, your bags will be collected and brought to Meadowood. Your stay during the Wine Writers’ Symposium will be at Meadowood Napa Valley.

NVV will take care of all group transportation, accommodations and meals while you are with us as they relate to the program. Incidental charges such as in-room minibar, meals or drinks not included in the itinerary and other transportation during your stay with us is at your own expense.
