Chris joins Hugh Davies to discuss “Farm to Table” and the pursuit of excellence with a commitment to responsible farming.

They’ll discuss sustainable and organic farming methods used at Schramsberg and Long Meadow Ranch, to produce world-class wine and vegetables, to support the highest quality wine & food experiences.

The focus for this show will be on the Pinot Noir varietal featuring Schramsberg 2016 Blanc de Noirs, Schramsberg 2014 “Juster Vineyard” Blanc de Noirs, Davies Vineyard 2017 “Goorgian Vineyards” Pinot Noir, and Davies 2017 “Piedra Libre Vineyards” Pinot Noir.
