Summer is around the corner, and your mind is quickly turning to thoughts of warm, just out of the oven pies redolent of stone fruits and summer berries steaming from a well-made flaky and buttery crust. Make the pie of your dreams from the beautiful Lacanche ovens, produced since the 19th century and named after the small Burgundy village in France. With the help of in-house pie guru Jennifer Smith, spend the next three hours making an array of hand pies, delicious fillings and achieving that perfect crumb to crust ratio. Nibbling while learning is encouraged. $110 per person
