Come celebrate the excitement of the harvest season with our Winemaker, Linda Trotta and our Estate Chef, Scott Ekstrom. We will be pouring some special, winery-exclusive new release wines paired with the flavors of fall.

This four-course wine-paired dinner is both an intimate and special event, and seats are limited.

Guests will be welcomed with our newly released 2017 Silver Spur Sauvignon Blanc.

The menu for the evening will include:

– Autumn Salad of County Line Greens, Watercress and Frisée, Toasted Walnuts, Aged Goat Cheese and Black Truffle Vinaigrette, paired with our newly released 2016 Versada Merlot
– Wild Striped Seabass with Honey and Brown Butter Roasted Squash, Tuscan Kale and Pancetta Jus, served with our newly released 2016 Versada Petite Syrah
– Lamb Shank Braised with Fennel, Black Olive and Citrus, along with Rosemary-infused Polenta, paired to perfection with our beloved 2013 Four Reins Cabernet Sauvignon
– Salted Caramel Pot de Crème with Coffee and Tea
