Join Jessica Lawrenz, the 2017 Cheesemonger Invitational winner, as she teaches how to create the perfect cheese plate. Jessica currently resides in San Diego and mentors the cheese lovers at Venissimo Cheese Shop. She is excited to mentor you as you assemble the perfect plate with local artisan cheese and accouterments. Grouped with three others to assemble your tray, Jessica will share her techniques and tricks of the trade. The workshop will conclude with a perfectly paired St. Supery Estate wine tasting, hosted by Estate Sommelier, Tom Markakis, while enjoying your freshly made cheese plate.
