Brown Estate Vineyards
Our family established roots on our beautiful Chiles Valley Apellation property in 1980, planting our first ten acres the following year. However, the barn and original house on the grounds date back to 1859 and 1881, respectively. Now planted to 40 acres of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, Brown Estate features an on-site winery (housed in the renovated historic barn), and in May 2005 we completed construction of a 7000-s.f. subterranean wine cave. In 2010 we celebrated both our family's 30th year in the Napa Valley and Brown Estate's fifteenth crush. We welcome visitors Monday through Friday, strictly by appointment.
