Cosentino Winery
Cosentino Winery has been a California producer of ultra-premium wines for over 30 years and in the Napa Valley over 20 years. Founded by Mitch Cosentino, the winery is known for its small, distinctive vineyard lots and a “micro” approach to winemaking. Cosentino’s respect for traditional methods, such as punched cap fermentation, has resulted in a unique non-traditional approach. The winery produces limited production wines with a focus on Meritage (The Poet and The Novelist), Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel and Chardonnay. Cosentino’s wines have won numerous awards over the years at many of the well known and respected wine competitions throughout the United States.
