Merryvale Vineyards is a family-owned Napa Valley winery producing small production lots from select vineyard sources. For over 30 years Merryvale has been turning exceptional Napa Valley grapes into world class wine. Merryvale is world renowned for rich, powerful Cabernet Sauvignons and Chardonnays, and their iconic Bordeaux-style red blend, Profile. Merryvale's historic building was the first winery built in the Napa Valley after the Repeal of Prohibition in 1933, and has become a favorite destination for visitors to the valley.
Merryvale is committed to protecting and preserving the environment through conservation, renewable energy and sustainable farming practices. Merryvale has received Napa Green Vineyard, Napa Green Winery and Bay Area Green Business certifications.
Guests enter Merryvale through classically landscaped gardens, accented by a beautiful fountain. The Tasting Cellar is located in the heart of our working winery offering views of carefully stacked French oak barrels, our historic Cask Room, and our small, but well-stocked Wine Library.
Guests can taste at the u-shaped tasting bar or in one of our more private tasting areas, including our 22,000 gallon redwood Tank Room or our inviting club member area. Tasting selections include four Current Releases for $25 per person, or a tasting of five wines including at least one selection from our library and one wine only available at the winery for $45 per person.
A variety of wine experiences are offered. Guests can make reservations online at merryvale.com/reservations. Private tastings in the Wine Library are by appointment only.
