Day in the Life

Experience the magic behind the wine by spending a "Day in the Life" at Round Pond Estate with winemaker Muiris Griffin. Your immersion into winemaking will begin in the vineyard where you will learn about - and participate in - each part of the process of turning great grapes into fine wine. In the winery, you will work on and sample wines in various stages, including fresh juice, partially fermented wine, and finished wine in barrel. After a guided tasting of our olive oils, your day will end with an artisan lunch prepared by our estate chef paired with our estate wines while under the shade of the pergola.
