Join us on Saturday, April 25th for our first annual Earth Day Celebration. This special event will feature organic wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas from Pizza Politano, along with a special artisan wine flight including our 2012 Historic Vines Cabernet Sauvignon.
We will be handing out Sequoia tree saplings (while supplies last) and a portion of the day's proceeds will support Bothe Napa Valley State Park.
The highlight of the day includes three performances from the famous Lee Stetson, who is best known for his portrayals of America's foremost naturalist and conservationist John Muir. Stetson has been Yosemite National Park's resident John Muir actor for the past three decades, and has appeared in the critically acclaimed Ken Burns series National Parks America's Best Idea.
Our staff will also be on hand to talk about the sustainable practices implemented at the winery, including wine growing techniques, water conservation, and beneficial insects, along with Napa Valley's unique geographical history, and terroir.
