Enjoy the ABC's of winemaking from vineyard to bottle. Walk through our Yountville vineyard of Chardonnay and Merlot, exploring our farming relationship with terroir and climate unique to our location in the valley. Taste fermenting juice, climb atop the tanks or watch juice circulations, and depending on what the day brings us, observe harvest activities such as crushing or pressing grapes, followed by a tank and barrel discussion in the cellar, barrel tasting. We finish with a tasting of five wines paired with artisan cheeses at Table One on the patio next to the vineyard.
